Vic Moore has almost 40 years experience in the legislative and executive branches of government. Prior to lending his talents to the private sector, Vic served the Minnesota Senate Majority Caucus for 22 years, thirteen of those years as Chief of Staff to Senate Majority Leader Roger Moe. Before joining the Senate Majority Caucus, Vic served as Planning Director of the Minnesota State Planning Agency. He is an expert on legislative policy and procedure as well as state budgetary issues.

Since joining the firm, Moore has successfully focused his energies on legislative strategies for clients in the telecommunications, insurance, health care, charity, and business arenas. Vic provides ongoing legislative representation to the American Red Cross, City of St. Louis Park, Minnesota Cable Communications Association, and Minneapolis Radiation Oncology Physicians.

Vic has served in various capacities with St. John's University Alumni and sits on the board of the Minnesota Clean Water Action Coalition.
